The programme
Our practically focused modules will provide you with a depth of knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management while also maintaining a strong focus on your employability, and ensuring you develop the key transferable skills that are desired by many employers.
This program is developed with an emphasis on meeting industry development needs and is accredited with a professionally-recognised Chartered Management Institute qualification, meaning upon graduation you will have the option to apply for a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership as well as your degree.
Entry Requirements
Full-time students will study for one year divided into three semesters of 13 weeks. In each semester students will study 45 credits of taught modules and 15 credits of the Business Project module. Throughout the three semesters, students will also do Professional Development – a non-credit bearing module. Part time students will complete 30cr each semester.
